Minds One - Times Evident Mix (mixtape)

MindsOne has dropped a free anthology for your listening pleasure.
The "TimeEvident Mix" is a collection of material from various
MindsOne albums along with collaberations and unreleased music from
the MindsOne catalog circa 2000-2010. The crew's DJs, Slim Deluxe and
Noumenon, handle the mixing of the project as only two seasoned true
school turntablists can.

props to Big Hop for this one

Where Is Hip Hop? Episode 47

"Back on Where Is Hip Hop? Episode 44, Randy and I questioned the business decisions of major artists releasing mixtapes. I mean it probably makes sense on some level, but I'm still waiting for a label industry head to break down the economics of multi-platinum rappers releasing mixtapes. What are we talking about, practice? On this week's edition of Where Is Hip Hop? Randy and I discuss the new releases from Bawse and The King (Rick Ross & T.I.). I rocks with The King's catalog all day, but Lil Duval's skit is one of the best tracks off F*ck A Mixtape. As far as Bawse, Ricky is a good rapper and the beats are stupid but I'm still questioning his authenticity as an official certified snowman. We also talk about Kanye's first leak 'Power' off his upcoming album, Good A$$ Job." Nanci O

Kanye's 'Power' > F*ck A Mixtape and The Albert Anastasia EP. This single is what I call a comeback. Where Is Hip Hop? Episode 47:
